We will be closed from the 24th to the 1st to celebrate the holidays season with our family and lovely ones.

Please book your appointments around these dates or plan to collect your gown or veil with this in mind.

​The store will be booked entirely for you and your guests during your 90 minute appointment.
Step inside the calm, relaxed Ivory Thread space, have a prosecco with your loved ones and choose your perfect dress.

​

You are welcome to bring up to 5 guests. However for most brides keeping it intimate is often more comfortable and productive.
Please note we do not allow two brides to share an appointment slot. Our store and experience is not designed for this.

APPOINTMENT FEE'S

Weekday appointments are $50 and weekend appointments are $80.

The appointment fee is charged one 7 days prior to booking and is fully redeemable against the purchase of your gown.

This fee is non-refundable once charged. However, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment without incurring an additional fee,

provided at least 3 days notice is given.

 

Please note a return appointment is complimentary, however there is a charge for a third appointment. 

If you are coming back for a second appointment we recommend having the people you need with you and having seen other dresses you may be looking at. 

 

We ​recommend you look through the collection and read the FAQ's to make sure Ivory Thread has the kind of dresses you

are looking for to make sure we are a good fit.

WALK INS

As we are fully booked most of the time we can't accept walk in's.
